Email address — for receipts and delivery confirmation
Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
Basic logs — timestamps, export attempt IDs, and error logs for fraud prevention and debugging
What We Don't Collect
We do not sell your personal data
We do not run ads or third-party trackers
We do not access, upload, or store your audio/video files
Audio & Video Processing
All rendering happens client-side in your browser. Your audio files and generated videos never leave your device—we have no access to them. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
Data Retention
Transaction records — kept for accounting and support purposes
Contact/request submissions — deleted after 60 days
Error logs — deleted after 30 days
US-Only Service
